I think slowing the animation a bit down would make it look even more natural and I do agree with the first commenter that it does look a bit janky at some parts like at 0.06 after she finished admiring her amazing arms or at 0.14 which I think is the same animation from a behind viewpoint, but over all this a fantastic animation

Oh such a tease! She gives us just a taste of the full biceps glory. I guess she's saving the full magnum flex for a large audience? Usually I love my strong girls angry and wrecking stuff (or people), but in this case playful expression was delightful.
