I really disagree with your take on Mae's turn bc it felt clear that the entire reason she was on this killing spree was as an atonement for her guilt over Osha's death. Mae learning that Osha is alive means that she doesn't have any use or connection to becoming Sith anymore. I thought it was clear she was struggling with that SINCE the encounter earlier in the episode

Loved the episode, agreed with basically all of it. There are ideas there, but they're just stating them outright rather than letting them emerge from the story. And so many nonsense decisions in order to get characters where they want them by the end of the episode. I think the biggest issue is putting Eps 3 and 7 as flashbacks and trying to frame the plot as a mystery, rather than putting them first and then jumping 16 years. So much of the dramatic (and physical) action lacks any weight because we don't have the context yet.
