Loved the Sith question. I miss the old Sith canon. Best canonical Darkside story in my opinion is Maul.

Backing up the gang's commentary early on in this episode: Qui-Gon absolutely would have known about Satine, since the recent Star Wars Timelines casually drops that HE also had a tryst with some unknown individual on Felucia.

if watching along for the first time, be careful when youtubing trailers and stuff for rebels... you will start getting videos recommended to you that are huge spoilers, just full on scenes from later seasons.

The two years there that Favreau is speaking about seems to be the two years between the end of S2 and start of S3 in terms of production and when it was released, not 2 years in the universe. The last episode of Season 2 was December 18, 2020, the first of Season 3 March 1, 2023, so he was thinking "start of 2021 to start of 2023, yeah its been basically 2 years"

Based on the length of the Death Star conversation y'all had and how much y'allenjoyed Andor, It sounds like the four of you should read or listen to the Rogue One Catalyst book or audiobook. Preferably the audiobook because they interject the margin notes in the form of data journal readings.
