I've got to dissent from the characterisation of that Fisto comic image as "90s roid rage" - there's an anime-influenced openness to the line and character design that yes, began appearing in the late 90s, but continued as a tradition in western comics through the aughts, and to this day! Think Joe Madureira and Ed McGuinness. Edit: looked it up and it's Denys Cowan! A definite 90s guy, but the comic is Mace Windu: Jedi of the Republic #5, published by Marvel in 2017.
