You're a Mean One Mr Grinch
🕑 Added 2024-12-14 14:36:40 +0000 UTCHola lovely humans!
Apologies for being a bit all over the place—I've been driving all the way from Adelaide to Sydney with a stopover in between, and somewhere along the way, I lost track of time (and possibly space).
BUT, I’m back, and I come bearing gifts! 🎁
Here’s the new artwork and downloadable version of "You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch", performed by yours truly—with some cheeky parody lyrics thrown in for good measure. Why ? I hear no one ask... and parody may be the penultimate compliment that mediocrity can pay to greatness, but they are easy to do and make things more relevant.
Hopefully, Dr. Seuss forgives me for ghostwriting over his masterpiece.
The image is a still from a short video I made to promote our January Wonderfully Terrible Things show at EQ in Sydney—a milestone moment I’m so proud of.
I hope this little early Christmas gift makes you smile and helps you get into the festive mood. 🎅
Coming Soon:
While driving across the country (yes, inspiration strikes anywhere), I wrote an original Christmas song. I’m determined to get it out before the 25th—even if it’s just a demo version for this incredible inner circle of supporters. Stay tuned!
Thank you, as always, for being here and for supporting my wonderfully terrible ideas.
Much love,
Christine x
