Next Month (February) - Apts & Houses (and more) 1.1 π
🕑 Added 2024-01-29 20:13:25 +0000 UTCHey, I'm working tirelessly on this one to make it run as beautiful as possible. I'm making many improvements and adding things.
You can expect stilt houses (with all the activities inside), new houses and apartments also in Blaine County and in general outside the city, to buy those you need to visit the new Real Estate office in Paleto Bay.
The vehicle and garage system will be improved, your vehicles will be placed correctly in the new garage if you sell a house and buy another one and as a cherry on top, if you save while being in one of your vehicle, it will be there once you load the game.
I'm also planning to add some other juicy stuff.... You'll see!
Unfortunately since I'm focusing on coding, I don't have much time to make videos, if anyone is willing to showcasing my mods, making series, eplaining features or whatever that would be great and I would be very grateful.
Remember, whatever is on your mind, spit it out!

Hi Adin, welcome! I released the new version of Apts & Houses (and more) in Early Access just few days ago. In that version I added many things including a new real estate office in Paleto Bay where you can buy few houses in the upper part of the map. Thanks for your support and willing to help! I'll remember that.

Your mods are great, new patron here. Thanks for your efforts. Are there already Houses in Blaine and Grapeseed in the current release of the mod or are you working on them? I'll give it a spin tonight. I'm not great with actual writing of python32 but if you ever need some extra hands for texture work of some minor chores let me know. I'm mildy capable of 3d modeling and DDS textures.
