TS4 - Futanari Penis V4
🕑 Added 2025-07-31 17:07:02 +0000 UTCThis first release of the V4 includes new meshes and textures for males and females, plus additional swatches for the tip of the penis and the labia of the vagina. All meshes and his textures have been reworked, and therefore they are not compatible with older files of the mod.
At this point, most of the older content has been updated, except the uncut meshes and the thick version of the penis. This last one may no longer necessary thanks to the resizing tool of Wicked Whims.
Besides the visual changes, I made significant improvements to the rigging of the legs, the penis and the anus. The legs for females and males will have a better look when bent, and as well the penis. From now on, the soft penis will also be compatible with the resizing options and the motion mod. And, in addition to all this, I have also created new pubic hair textures for males and females, as well a set of chest hair for males.
The few things that were left at the side for the next update were the uncut meshes, the meshes with a vagina rigged, and the cum textures. The rigged vagina has proved not to be very useful with most animations, so I decided not include it as the primary option, and add it later as an alternative. Overall, the mod is completely functional, but there are still a few things to be added.

Include:
5 Sizes: Small, average, big, extra big and huge.
2 Penis styles: with vagina (no testicles) and with testicles.
80 Swatches for the penis (tattoos).
50 Swatches for the tip of the penis (brow skin details).
25 Swatches for the labia (tattoos).
10 Condoms swatches in tattoos for both penis styles.
Condom wrapper with 10 swatches in activities > exercises.
1 Condoms box in activities > exercises (can be purchased with the computer).
10 swatches of pubic hair textures for both penis styles.
10 swatches of chest hair for males.

All meshes and textures were remade.

Added normal and specular map for the penises (adds dimension and shine to the penis).
Updated textures of the condom accessories.
Installation:
Delete all the files of the old version of this mod and the condoms, if you have them.
Decompress this file with 7-zip and move the content of the folder to My Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
In case of having problems to run the game after adding this mod. Move the package files to only one folder inside Mods.

Yes, it is. But if you're having troubles running the game after adding this mod or similar ones I've created, the problem may be due to the numerous subfolders in the download file. If this is happening to you, it can be easily fixed by moving all the package files into a single folder within Mods.

Is this completable with the last update? I had to pull it from mod folder along with other mods of yours, sadly

Depends on the configuration that you select. You can resize the penis of a single Sims, or do it for all of them. If you do the last, yes, it should affect other types. The tool works slightly different with soft penises. Changing the length, will not have effect in the shaft, but if you augment the girt, it will make it look longer. This happens due to how the soft penises are rigged and how the resizing tool works. At the moment, this specific rigging method for the soft penises, is the one that works the best for avoiding defamations when using the tool.

Not yet. I have beer working on updating first other mods for fairies, but the next update of this one, will have the necessary support for them.

At the moment, no. The penis needs to be in the same height as the male one to avoid issues of misplacement with the animations, which makes necessary to lower the hips of the females. About the hips and legs, the previous version had a more masculine look, in my opinion, but if I can improve the way they look, for sure I will try to do it.

Yes, it will have an uncut version, which is planned to be included in the next update. About the veins, the best solution I can give you right now, is to remove the normal map of the penis files. The veins will be present in the texture of the penis, but they will look flatter and the penis smoother.
