Suggestion Box - Another Winter II

Any character who is either associated with winter, cold/snow
OR
Any character that's dressing up in winter-themed or Christmas attire.
OCs are off limits. Hilda (Fire Emblem) is off limits.
I will gather suggestions until 27th November 8pm (GMT), then they'll be put into a poll and voted upon.

- One character per Patron (references & scenario preferred).
