Suggestion Box- Spooky

Any character who originates or is inspired by horror or spooky things (ie. Hsien-Ko [Darkstalkers] - a Zombie/Jiang Shi).
OR
Any character that has dressed up for the occasion (ie a festival). The clothing must be of official capacity.
OCs are off limits. Miriam (Bloodstained) & Shinigami (Raincode) are also off limits.
I will gather suggestions until 27th September 8pm (BST), then they'll be put into a poll and voted upon.
(Notes:
- One character per patron (references & scenario preferred).
- A character can only be suggested once.)

How about Halloween Laxi? I imagine her growing after removing her limiters so her eyes can glow and cast an entire town underneath her light as if it were the moon. I think Queen Succubus Cat from The Battle Cats would be an interesting wild card. I would like Blair from Soul Eater. Since she is a witch cat, I would like her striking a cat pose in the example I'll show. Her cat ears will be popping out below her witch hat. It will be a pov looking upward at her while she gives a teasing view to the viewer. In the middle of a woods full of dead trees at night with the Soul Eater Moon out. I hope that is fine. Hex Maniac from Pokemon. Her taking bites out of chocolate figures and growing larger and thiccer/curvier The chocolate figures are of female protags and perhaps Lillie or just Lillie if it has to be one. The more she eats the more she grows and those based off the figure shrink. Hex Maniac literally consuming size and stature.
