I love how Hinako is portrayed so dull. Her skin is pale, her hair lacks color and your eyes a dead. I really hope we see her start to just lighten up.

I have a feeling her friend not only can see the Yokai, but she’s the reason that they haven’t gotten to Hinako. Maybe her and her family have been the ones taking down the Yokai going after Hinako. It could explain why her health has been so poor and takes extended absences. She’s recovering from protecting her, or undergoing special training
