POLL - Moving away from Patreon
🕑 Added 2023-03-12 17:27:41 +0000 UTCSo, Patreon is a pretty terrible platform. There's a lot of reasons for me to say this, but it can be summarised as follows:
- No guarantee: If Patreon wants to flip the switch on our account at any time, they can. This is due to the adult nature of our content and the *extremely* vaguely worded ToS.
- Monetary issues: Besides Patreon taking a substantial cut, a recent incident has come to light that has definitely caused us to lose quite a bit of resources, and this incident is largely prompting this post.
We've been thinking for a while about moving to another platform, but are now considering it more seriously. Before anything is decided or done however, we want to get all of your feedback on the subject.
Would you still continue supporting us on a different platform? If not, how come? Make sure to leave a comment with your thoughts on the subject.

Is the monetary loss due to Silicon Bank imploding? If that is the case, there's a very good chance you can recover any lost finances.
