Project VMC - February Update

I've completed quite a few Design Sheets for characters, both enemies and the main cast to help with my Aphantasia. Read more about it in the usual places!
Otherwise, programming has been the main focus of February to make sure all the mechanics are in place before diving into asset creation and to avoid scope creep (hopefully) this time around vs the previous project.
As a reminder, there will be charges each month now that development is resuming.
