I am sorry its been a while since a build has been uploaded, but I think once you see this you'll agree, its been worth the wait. A few notes!
Cat/Suit is no longer being developed in Unity, but in Unreal 5! And this first demo is an easy to explore/web and squirming cocoon filled parody of a Backrooms style environment which will likely end up in the final game, but is on a more purposeful end me exploring and flexing my new skillset.
The file size is a little big right now (even if its under a gig) . That's mostly due to me not cleaning up some extra bloat files. It will end up being a bigger game as I develop it as its going to be a fully 3d 1st/3rd person game going forward. But! It shouldn't cripple anyone's computers with 100gig file sizes.
A bunch of 3d models I made, rigged up, and animated are in there! Even MORE will be exponentially adding more to as I go. Patreon rewards and tiers are going to be revamped in December to match the new slick 3d aesthetic of everything. 3D models, character portraits, cameos and such will all still be part of Cat/Suit going forward!
There is currently no threat of being bundled up and cocooned, despite having a bunch of cute little vacweb spiders hunting through the labyrinth the player character finds themself in. But THAT IS GOING TO CHANGE IN THE NEXT BUILD! I just ran out of my time budget to work on this. (I am broke and need to work on my commissions, basically)
This build is exclusively for Windows. I should have a Linux and Mac version up tomorrow.
IN THE NEXT BUILD, I shall have a section thanking all the current patreon members of that current month. And I shall be making available all the 3d models, any assets, and promotional materials available to everyone who subscribes to the Patreon.
I cannot understate just how much smoother everything works in Unreal compared to what I worked in before. And just how much more I don't feel like I'm pulling teeth with everything I do. I was legitimately miserable working in Unity some days. Unreal is, frankly, unreal. So consider here and now that Cat/Suit is now BACK ON TRACK!

Glad you're on Unreal 5 - the tech is amazing. Personally, I have a huge hard-on for evil glowing eyes, it'll be fascinating to what ray tracing and path tracing could help with such artwork (hopefully the tech becomes less demanding and more accessible soon). Not to mention having light and reflections and everything bounce off a shiny latex surface! Oh, and I love being able to see the player's own body!! That's a really cool touch. Now, if only you could use some of those sexy walk animations!! (Skyrim walk animation mods come to mind, heh)
