While not a monster himself, how about one of the Belmonts from Castlevania? It's so completely Halloween-compliant. A Castlevania piece like your Twilight Princess or Okami ones that capture the game itself would be amazing and Castlevania has been a family Halloween tradition of mine since the NES days (part 3, specifically). I play one every year.
