Kage Ryu 「カゲリュ」
So I was going to wait and see for myself after the finished strip was posted, but it seems the third panel is much different in the final product. So I guess I'll ask now. Is that secretary using a burning dollar bill to light that guy's cigar, or is that some weird lighter? And what is it she's drooling over??

Either that guy has a bunch of those dollars handy for him to just give out in crafty ways, or he writes fast. That or he's been tailing Aria. Either way I don't think I like him much. I may or may not also be a bit envious.
