I had an amazing New Year (also my Birthday) party and I think 2024 will be even better.
I would like to make some changes that hopefully will improve better the services. But I want to do it slowly steep by steep and see if the change is good or bad. This month, I would like to change the benefits of Tier and Discord channels.
1/Tiers:
I change some benefits of Tier so that it is more clear and less confusing:
Bronze Tier: add 1 Coin to your wallet
- Receive Derek's Archive download link, which includes all free videos.
Silver Tier: add 3 Coins to your wallet.
- Receive Derek's Archive download link, which includes all free videos.
- Join Poll (if any).
**Poll for the next video you want to see, characters, or positions.
Gold Tier: add 5 Coins to your wallet
- Receive Derek's Archive download link, which includes all free videos.
- Join Poll (if any).
- Join the Discord channel for an early view of the Work-in-Progress GIF.
Platinum Tier: add 9 Coins to your wallet
- Receive Derek's Archive download link, which includes all free videos.
- Join Poll (if any).
- Join the Discord channel for an early view of Work-in-Progress projects.
- Upgrade to a VIP role to access the exclusive Discord channel.
Master Tier: add 23 Coins to your wallet
- Receive Derek's Archive download link, which includes all free videos.
- Join Poll (if any).
- Join the Discord channel for an early view of Work-in-Progress projects.
- Upgrade to a MASTER role to access the exclusive Discord channel.
**Important note:
- The poll for redeeming Coins will be set for all patrons, only the poll vote for characters, positions, and such will be set for Silver Tier and up.
- The VIP role allows patrons to view the exclusive VIP room channel which will have exclusive clips in the future.
- The Master role allows patrons to view the exclusive VIP room and exclusive Master room channel which will have exclusive clips and early view of the Work-in-Progress video in the future.
- The VIP/Master role will be forfeited if you are no longer Platinum or Master Tier.
2/ Discord server:
+ The Early Access: for Gold patrons and up: where I upload GIF files of current working on projects.
+ The Exclusive VIP Room: where I will upload exclusive clips
+ The Exclusive MASTER Room: where I will upload exclusive clips and work on project clips and pics.
+ The Unnormal Stuff: the same as The early access but for "unnormal" stuff
+ Suggestion: Where you can put your ideas, position, characters you want to see
+ Video list: The list of all free videos and current videos for sale
+ Characters list: The list of all characters that can be in future projects.
I hope these changes will allow patrons to receive more benefits. If you have any suggestions about this, please let me know.

Hi Derek, I am a long time supporter & love your work, storytelling and cinematography. I am curious to understand why you're offering an VIP discord channel for exclusive clips (which I assume are shorter than your typical high quality clips?) instead of selling each clip for lesser amounts of coins? Is it possible that over many months people on the platinum plan accumulate more coins than they can spend? Could end up in a situation where people are tempted to temporarily downgrade due to abundance of coins, despite wanting access to VIP channel? Some ideas to address this could include: (1) People spend coins for a month of access when they're on a lower tier (e.g. via poll, although idk how much administrative burden this would place on you), (2) other tiers that only offer VIP and/or master Discord access, but no coins (instead of a bundle of coins + access). On the otherhamd, I think those proposed tiers could be very attractive to newcomers wanting to get an early boost to coin savings. What do you think about all this?
