Just found out that Westpac International sharetrading does not allow proxy voting anymore. They used to, but they had a platform migration and changed custodian from Pershing to SAXO. What a fucking joke. I'd say everyone who has their shares through Westpac should go and transfer them out to another provider you like that allows proxy voting. Also, can someone please teach us how to get rid of custodians and have the shares registered directly under our names and the associated costs?
