Agree on that. On a completely non-related topic - i.e./e.g. - I hate to be that guy (😉), but : “ The abbreviation e.g doesn't stand for "example given," it stands for "exempli gratia" (for example) and i.e stands for "id est" (in other words) - or “that is”, and they're not interchangeable” 😀
