The portal was an experience unlike anything Tony Stark had ever known.
One moment he was in a forest on the outskirts of New Yorkâ
The next, he was standing right back in Manhattan.
âThis is⌠simply incredible!â Tony exclaimed, looking around at the familiar city skyline.
Turning to Linen, he continued excitedly, âIs this magic? Linen, can anyone learn this kind of magic? Or are there prerequisitesâlike you have to be smart to master it?â
He added quickly, âIf I carve magical runes onto my armor, could it cast spells too? I think we should research this together. Of course, Iâll pay you a generous hourly rate!â
Linen didnât even look at him. He raised his head slightly, gazing up at the bright sun overhead.
âI still have things to take care of, Mr. Stark. Goodbye.â
Before Tony could reply, Linen vanished from sight.
âTsk⌠cold as ever,â Tony muttered, shaking his head. Then, with a smirk, he said, âJarvis, howâs your day been? Feeling excited?â
Jarvisâs calm voice replied through the armor. âSir, the existence of magic, ghosts, and even vampires is certainly⌠intriguing. However, you have a dinner appointment with Miss Pepper at seven. Itâs already three in the afternoon.â
âIf you donât wish to be lateâand prefer to arrive without the armorâI suggest you head home now.â
âOh, damn it!â Tony slapped his forehead. âI actually forgot something that important? What are we waiting for then? Jarvis, take us home!â
With that, his armor activated, and he soared into the sky.

âFifteen creative points⌠enough to make the next video.â
Sitting at his desk, Linen studied the glowing numbers on his system interface before opening the side mission panel.
His recent encounters with Natasha Romanoff and Tony Stark had earned him a fresh batch of creative points.
Just as heâd suspectedâeven if it was with the same Avengers, he could continue to accumulate new points every day through contact.
But now, he had to think carefully. How should he complete this side mission?
After all, completing one would immediately raise his current abilities by a whole level. That was exactly what he needed right now.
[Side Mission Details]
Name: Victor Landon
Crimes: Seven counts of sexual assault
Objective: Force him to plead guilty and ensure a life sentence.
Linen leaned back in his chair, eyes narrowing as he searched the name online.
The reports matched: Victor Landon had assaulted seven young girls, but due to âlack of evidenceâ and âprivate settlementsâ with the victimsâ parents, he was acquitted.
âDisgustingâŚâ Linen muttered.
âKilling him would be easy,â he thought grimly. âBut making him confessâthatâs the challenge.â
He tapped his pen against the notebook. âAnd Iâll need to make sure the presiding judge is part of the plan. Otherwise, even if Landon admits guilt, the sentence wonât reach life imprisonment.â
His eyes shifted to the final line of the mission screenâ
[Reward: Hidden Secret]
That, more than anything, made Linen curious.
S.H.I.E.L.D. Headquarters â Directorâs Office
âWhat about her?â Thor asked, looking toward Nick Fury. âIs she also someone with this⌠âspoiler systemâ?â
Through Furyâs explanations, Thor had already learned what the Spoiler System was capable of.
He was still frustratedâafter all, the last time heâd entered the mysterious âtheater,â heâd caused a scene and been thrown out.
And though he now carried regret for his fatherâs deathâbrought on by his own arrogance and recklessnessâThor understood one thing clearly:
If he could truly see the future, maybe Asgardâs fate could have been different.
In response to Thorâs question, Nick Fury gave a small nod.
Thor leaned forward eagerly. âWhen can I enter that theater again? I promiseâI wonât lose control like last time!â
Fury shook his head. âNot for now. We can only enter the theater when a new spoiler video is created.â
He turned toward Natasha. âHowâs the situation with Linen?â
âNot bad,â Natasha replied. âEverything he was tasked with has been almost completely resolved. Weâre just waiting for the final stage.â
âBy the way,â she added, âyou saw the report about Victor Landon, right? My guess isâLinenâs next target is him.â
Fury raised an eyebrow. âAnd what makes you so sure about that?â
âHis expression,â Natasha said simply, taking a sip of her coffee.
âWhen that case was broadcast on the news, I noticed somethingâan emotional flicker in his eyes.â
She set down the cup. âI havenât known him for long, but from what Iâve learned and from both of our encounters, I can tellâheâs someone with strong principles. A man with a moral line he wonât cross. Heâs kind at heart, and beneath his composure, thereâs warmth.â
She continued, âA person like that would never let a scumbag like Victor Landon walk free. Heâll make sure justice is servedâone way or another.â
Thor, who had been quietly listening, finally spoke. âWho exactly is this Linen? Is he also bound to the Spoiler System?â
âNot quite,â Fury replied, shaking his head. âWe know him through footage shown in the future theater. Heâs a magicianâan incredibly powerful one.â
âMagician?â Thor frowned. âLike Loki?â
âLoki?â Natasha repeated softly, remembering something Linen had once mentionedâsomething about meeting Loki in Pompeii.
Thor nodded proudly. âYes. My younger brother. Heâs been studying magic under our mother since childhood. He loves his tricks, sure, but heâs a capable Asgardian warrior nonetheless.â
âAfter my father ascended to Valhalla, Loki became the new King of Asgard.â
Both Fury and Natasha exchanged looks.
Thor, now exiled to Earth, had no idea that everything happening in Asgardâthe death of Odin, his own banishment, even the throne itselfâ
was part of Lokiâs grand deception.
He didnât even knowâŚ
that his brotherâs true schemes had only just begun.
