Futanari version of the Office Lady Arlecchino request, right away in the new overhauled 1.1 version!
All 4 penis and testicle sizes can be combined, foreskin is optional. Arlecchino doesn't have any usable "bones" that would work with flaccid variants, so physics are not the best this time unfortunately.
No-vagina and pubic hair options are available in the ALT + H toggle. All skirts work with all futa options, there's also two variants with panties! We also added a cock ring, simple model that we can use as a standard option for future futa mods.
This request includes:
