The Missing Enigma
It certainly has that kind of look about it.

Could have he hired some company, got attached(hit over the head)/robed. They never found his ring. (I’m guessing that’s the theory you didn’t want to mention) It would explain the pants being down.

Why where are the cops so stuck on “Did he have a gun with him”? Is that normal protocol?
Tegan.wr
Same! I love to rewatch his videos too! Put it hard to find good quality videos like these.

I just realized I never finished watching this video 🎉
The Missing Enigma
I don't know that they ever even considered the idea. Maybe they assumed he drank more than anyone at the party observed.

Why didn't the police check the area he walked along the side of the freeway for establishments that could have supplied him with more alcohol?

He probably just got hit by a car. Why the cops think that didn't happen makes no sense. He may have been hit just past that over pass, and the car didn't swerve or stop. Also, the belt being down, maybe his pants were tight, that's what I do.

Hey Nick, another excellent piece! In my opinion, I tend to agree with what you are too much of a class act to state plainly yet so artfully conveyed from a "distance" about the pants. I appreciate your attention to detail and reason in all of your videos. Keep up the outstanding work! Best, Michael

After watching this a few times I do not think there was any foul play, he fell I’m sure more than once
Lorna Dryden
I always listen 2-3 times because I pick up more information each time, simply fascinating
The Missing Enigma
Seems reasonable.

He could have caught his finger on the fence and the ring got snagged and pulled off, I bet the ring was by his shoe hidden in the grass
The Missing Enigma
It's worth noting that there was an "incision" on the ring finger. His wife expected that he died wearing the ring.

Another tragic case of cries for help being ignored.
Lorna Dryden
I don’t think there was any foul play, he could have easily lost his ring anywhere
