"Quicksand" (New Song Demo)

I don’t know anything about how to mix recordings, but I mixed it myself and I think it sounds good. This is an example of something still very embryonic that I’m sharing with you, and it’s actually a little nerve wracking and revealing, but this is what our Patreon is all about. Sounds awesome, can't wait to see what it turns into as a finished product. This is a pretty versatile piece and I could see it as a bridge or a chorus or it could even stand on its own. As it is now, it's got a haunting quality to it. Imagery springs to mind of you sitting alone in a darkened cabin in the heart of the forest singing this to the crackling flames of an old stone fireplace. Love the layering, something you guys do a great job of in your songs. Thanks for pulling back the curtain!
