Finally! This is the first release of the new game. Unlike ILD, this game will be less linear, and to that effect I'm making it as a series of interconnected systems that change variables which, in turn, lead to the events. This is to give the game a more "gamey" feeling. So, when I speak about systems, they are things you can do that affect variables, and when I speak about events, they are things that let you see the characters doing something. Just to clarify for the next part. Systems = things you can do, events = things you can see.
The systems already implemented are the Salvage system (to find salvage go to neutral town, its randomized but I left the system prepared to increase the quantity you find with future events), the rest system (To recover the energy you need to salvage), the trading system with both humans and zombies (to get food), the home box system (To deposit the food you get while trading), breakfast system (After resting the food in your home inventory lowers by the number of people living with you) the starvation system (not enough food in the home inventory = starvation event) and a day system (to organize future events).
As for the events in this release I finished the intro and the character presentations. Besides these, there are also 4 possible death endings. 3 variations in how Kayla deals with you and the walkthrough for this version, which I will release shortly. Enjoy!

I was hoping for a female protagonist honestly. And I'm disappointed the main character is a male, that's just my taste in games. Regardless of my preference on games, I finished playing the content that was there, and it's still very good. I'll for sure stick around to see what comes next. Great work so far.

Thanks! I forgot to add the hide image command after the coming soon. I fixed it as soon as I read this :D. Just to be sure, I checked and if you go back to her and choose "Yes" instead of "I came to see you" it should replace that picture with the black screen. I will hold back on releasing a fix, just in case a major bug is found too. Thanks again, and I'm sorry about that.
Gj with game. Nice amount of material for v0. 01 😊 I found one glitch with Android version: after you get hud, and have visited Eliza once, you always see fast flash from eliza screen after entering/exiting another zone
