Rounded would allow internal rotation or something to simulate gravity. That's part of the reason a halo or cycle seems cooler to me. But I also considering flat structures very geometrical. I'll see got lot of time

I think the most logical choice is probably something with flat sides like a cube, but that's not very aesthetic
