This is still a part of May 2019 batch and is for those who subscribed back in May 2019 (though you can use the trading compensation system to trade your new pledge in stock for May 2019 once it's finished) The thing is that this is a "bonus rough piece" which is a slot I choose the character to draw myself so we end up having a Genshin Impact character for this delayed batch. I hope that explanation makes sense!
