November's Fanart Poll Results + Some Talks
🕑 Added 2016-11-29 21:33:51 +0000 UTC lol Scathach overwhelmingly won XD eventhough her hype train kinda died down a bit as it's been so long since her release but I guess she still has so many diehard fans, eh?Takao came second place. This, too, is really a classic. I like her a lot along with Atako from the same series but I was afraid to put her into the poll as Kancolle fandom was a little quiet recently. Glad she made it. Unryuu from the same series was actually in a tie with her for most part of the voting but it's just those last few days before the voting ended, Takao got pumped up constantly more.
And Rika! Many of you guys were excited to see iM@s series appeared in the poll :) I do too. I favor some of them quite much and I'm really happy to be able to screw some of Rika's tight pussy for you guys' sake.
Mei from Overwatch would be my pick here. As I have mentioned many times before, I don't want to go with the flow and throw in Overwatch characters in since it will break the whole poll, but I still want to draw Mei. I have been wanting this so much since she's one of my GF's main, and Mei is chubby. I love drawing chubby girls.
So all these would be expected to be in December's reward batch. As you could see I'm being so slow and the rewards got delayed big time. I guess that's the main reason my pledge is in a stall and isn't going anywhere at the moment. I notice that.
I have to really go with some rough quality on a few pieces like Mei or may be also Takao to speed up the overall schedule. Don't worry I will still make them look nice, just not as neat. You guys know me. I always end up overdoing things anyway so...
I really don't want to reduce the quantity as I want to draw more... I even want to try a sketch month where I do just colored sketches but double the quantity because the lining is the full pain for me. That part cripples the whole thing so if I could skip the lining by just getting the sketches to be colored, things could go with almost double speed... That's the plan may be. I might try that out next year. What do you guys think about it?
PS. Pokemon Sun/Moon is out and oh my god... all the girls in there are so good. You can expect to see quite a number of them in the next poll, or even a pick.

I want to try that out a lot. I'm always a doodle guy but for some reason I gained fame from doing the full potentialized works lol. I might try that out in 2017 for at least a month :) thank you for the supportive thought as usual!

Hi Fuya, if you want to do a month full of colored sketches maybe you should do it, I’am aware you don’t want to lose patrons because you changed something about your style but personally I think an artist should have the freedom to experiment and change. And let me quote you: “You guys know me. I always end up overdoing things anyway so...“ ;) So I’am confident your sketches will have at least decent quality as well and I think it’s interesting to see how this would turn out. I also think a bit experimenting might be another opportunity of increasing your drawing speed or maybe not but as it currently appears you are not really going anywhere speed wise (if I wanted to be mean I would even say backwards xD I jest, I jest ^^). This is of course just my opinion and others may disagree but in the end it’s you drawing those great pictures if you feel too confined and get depressed from working this way I fear your work, not to mention you yourself, might suffer. Therefore I’am all for changing things up a bit, if it makes you feel more comfortable. In that regard maybe instead of doing a full month of sketches replace one or two of the regular drawings, maybe the lower ranked Characters, with those sketches. So people get a better feel of what to expect and if they like it or not.

Oh man I don't even own a 3DS so I just watch some Youtuber's playthrough and watch my friends play... XD I wouldn't have enough time to play it my own anyway. I guess a male Popplio is still better than a female Litten when it fully evolves tho...
