That squirrel is so cute I can't resist.As you may notice this is a very vanilla pose and nothing that lewd on this one besides a version that could take out some clothes and reveal her boobs. I don't feel like making hardcore decision on Dizzy since she's very pure and... there aren't much horny guy options from Guilty Gear to mess her up with. Dizzy is just too pure and sweet I guess, but well I don't mind wrecking some innocent girls but Dizzy is just another thing. Going vanilla once in a while is fine I hope.

Indeed her clothing design is really lewd especially the early versions XD but yeah her lore is just nothing lewd related it's just so hard to make her a lewd illustration without a good backup story.

She does have a kid now (Sin Kiske) Yep there are some certain characters we don't want to put them in the lewd spot personally but I don't mind seeing other artist draw them like that, if it's good.

Dizzy was purposefully designed to be lewded though. I do agree she's a sweetheart once you look past her design though.

I am not to familiar with the GG series, but it is probably the same feeling I get when it comes from Belldandy from the Ah My Goddess! series where you can't even look at the doujin for that character because they are one of the few characters you don't enjoy in that way. (Doesn't Dizzy have a kid though?) I actually really like this positioning and expression on her face.
