WIP 10% Seaport Hime
🕑 Added 2016-02-08 12:37:24 +0000 UTCWe're starting this February with the 2nd place poll winner from last month, Seaport Hime (Or Harbour Princess) as in JPN; Kowan Seiki, from Kantai Collection!
Though her official design looks tough, cool, and serious, the Kancolle fandom always depicts her as a mild big sister who often gets treated badly, and I actually like both of the perspective, so her special face expression might end up being the serious one :)
btw January rewards were sent out!

Are you talking about the Feb poll update? She probably won't win this month, but a few more votes and she would stay, and who knows, she could get some good chance next time. This also happened to Nozomi after staying in the poll for 3 months :)
