Yeah, its got a few names, Grinding, Rubbing, Hot Dogging (Like Blizenx said) is one I've heard but while not as common as others I have heard it lol but the actual word is Frottage, most prefer just to use the word Grinding though cause it has a dirtier ring to it and it does reflect the action.
