And hence, other than the Security Council of five, a Supreme Veto power was created, given only to Dinosia. Through it, even resolutions passed by the five Permanent members of the UNSC could be vetoed.
Sure, it was a double-edged sword. But neither the United States nor its current rival, the Soviet Union, could do anything about it. Both sides wanted to please Dinosia.
