The Northern Tyrant [Game of Thrones] - Story Poll !!!!
🕑 Added 2025-05-01 19:38:20 +0000 UTCSo, Wylis will win the joust with the intent to steal the chance from Rhaegar. Now, what to do? Which woman should Wylis crown as his queen of love and beauty?
A/N: For those who don't remember. In the tourney, Rhaegar crowned Lyanna Stark as the queen of love and beauty after winning. This was seen as a massive scandal since Rhaegar was already married, and Lyanna was betrothed to Robert.

Option 1 - Wylis and Robert become good friends during the Melee event as Wylis bests him. Later, he gets Robert's permission to crown Lyanna by saying "I don't really know any other woman here."
But this still causes a scandal and annoys Lord Stark. Wylis will be banished from Winterfell until Lyanna is officially wed to Robert. Aerys II tries to acquire Wylis and offers him knighthood if he swears to House Targaryen. Wylis feels troubled and has to find a way out of this, or else he'd be seen as a traitor by the entire North.

Option 2 - Crown Elia Martell, Rhaegar's wife. That's like rubbing it in Rhaegar's face. But doing this will immensely enrage the Mad King and annoy Rhaegar.
Entering King's Landing will become hard for now, but there are a few, risky ways to get around it and cozy up to the Crown a little. This path leads to winning Robert Baratheon's admiration, and Wylis becomes a legend who flirted with the Crown Prince's wife.

Option 3 - Crown Cersei Lannister, 16 at the time. She'll happily accept it because seriously, Wylis is not only a giant badass but also really handsome.
This would be a more strategic move by Wylis as this serves as a connection with the future Queen. And perhaps her future obsession. This will annoy Tywin and Jaime, but it'll be salvageable in the future.
But it will please the Mad King as he loathed Tywin for even suggesting a marriage between Cersei and Rhaegar in the past. Again, Aerys II tries to acquire Wylis and offers him knighthood if he swears to House Targaryen. Wylis feels troubled and has to find a way out of this, or else he'd be seen as a traitor by the entire North.

Option 4 - Crown Ashara Dayne. He gets to fuck her. Nothing else. There is nothing to gain or lose from doing her.
Maybe she can say a few nice words to Elia about him at best. Again, Aerys II tries to acquire Wylis, and offers him knighthood if he swears to House Targaryen. Wylis feels troubled and has to find a way out of this, or else he'd be seen as a traitor by the entire North.

Option 5 - Crown nobody

NOTE: Officially, Cersei wasn't present at the Tourney. But we can change small things like that easily.
NOTE: The first two and fourth options lead to us romancing Elia, Ashra, and Rhaella in the future.
The third option leads to romancing all of the above, but with Cersei included.
[If the Cersei option is not selected, then romancing Cersei will be an event far in the future. Around Greyjoy Rebellion, I think.]

Actully i thought if he reached elia 1st right b4 gregor and then have a face off, protecting her and her children, it will make it easier to get to her and to the martells

As I said in the note at tbe bottom. In all cases all women get romanced. What matters is who gets angry at Wylis' choice. If you choose Cersei then she'll be romanced a little quicker. Elia, Ashara, and Rhaella will happen too. If you pic Elia then Cersei will be romanced later in the story. Around the time of Robert's rebellion.

Is the description correct? Why is picking the fourth option, Ashara, the one that adds Cersei, and not the third (picking Cersei)?

Also can there be an option for later - Gregor to owe Willis one and he uses that for protecting Elia Martel but her kid dies unknowingly- therefore causing her to hate the crown & everything associated with it like her family (Targaryen & Martel both) later post rebellion living with Willis but swears him that she will no longer be a royal to much politics for one lifetime.
