Ron sharply looked into his mother's eyes. "Love? I don't know. But I would kill for them."
"That settles it then." Molly stepped closer to Ron and patted his chest, her eyes tearing up. "No stupid business from now. Be a man and act like a man—I… It's not how I expected it, but… I'm a grandma now! Blimey…!"
"And I'm a grandpa." Arthur also came to his side and placed an arm around his shoulder.
"Thank you." Ron pursed his lips before saying the next part. “But I’ve got to ask you something more—an Unbreakable Vow. To keep quiet about the parentage of those kids, and my secrets too. Until… well, until You-Know-Who's dealt with. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t about not trusting you—it’s about keeping all of us safe.”
Molly was already too shocked to be shocked more by that. She just hugged her son. "I understand, dear."
Ron looked at his father then.
Arthur beamed with pride, giving his son a hearty pat on the back. "Son, I'm proud. You not only caught the eye of the most beautiful witch but also the most powerful w—"

"Arthur!"
Arthur received an angry smack on his chest from Molly before he could finish.
Ron chuckled at their antics and hugged his dad too, grabbing his parents in his arms. Though, somewhere deep in his heart, he knew another hell awaited him.
Hermione will kill me. Merlin's tits—save me once more. I'll really stop cursing you then.
"So, when can I meet my grandkids?" Molly asked him as soon as she stepped back.
Ron beamed with joy. "Right away. Madam Bones needs a nanny, so I suggested you, Mum."
Molly's smile vanished, however.
"Is that why you told us your secret?"
"..."
Sadly, Ron realized too late that he had dug his own grave.

Question - Who should Ron end up marrying?
1. Hermione - This makes the least sense to me personally. I don't even know why I added her and Ron's romance subplot. It just happened after the Harry X Cho RoR incident.
2. Fleur - She's already the mother of his child. She likes him. He's her hero for saving her. Plus, Fleur's mom comes in the package too. XD
For the first time. I cast a personal vote for the 2nd choice - Fleur.

I have feeling that Ron will form a family with the girls he has formed emotional connections with like Hermione, Fleur, and Daphne (please correct me if I’m reading it wrong regarding Daphne). Amelia is someone who he would most likely form a co parents/friends with benefits relationship but I (personally) interpreted that they have feelings for each others that go beyond lust and sharing a son together. But because this is fan-fiction and a AU, my vote is Fleur. Molly acted as I thought she would regarding her grandchildren but Arthur’s more chill about the whole thing than I thought he would be although he is surprised to realise that Amelia’s son is also his grandson but it would be in character (in my opinion) that they would both choose to see and make best out of the situation. I can’t wait to see the his siblings, Harry and Hermione reactions. I’m really enjoying this story because even though it’s a AU and characters will act differently outside of canon by its very nature, it doesn’t feel too OC or OP like some fanfics do. Keep up the good work but don’t burn yourself out 👍🏽 P.S. I wonder if you know this or not and the canon of the play The Secret Child is questionable so I understand if you don’t follow it. There are some concepts that I like about the plays such as Albus Potter (who lineages such as the Potters, Weasleys and Prewetts who are predominantly Gryffindors) being sorted into Slytherin and becoming best friends with Scorpius Malfoy. But in the play, there is an alternative timeline where Ron married and had a son with PADMA who is named Panju and in that timeline, Ron’s date to the Yule Ball was HERMIONE. Just goes to show that you never know what might go down in the future 🔮 ❓⁉️
