Horndog of Hogwarts 10: Andromeda & Rekindled Memories

The killing curse failed. Voldemort never thought he'd see this day, but there it was.
He was completely certain that his curse struck Sirius right in the chest. But what confused him was the destruction it caused since the killing curse wasn't something that left a mark on the body. So the question was, how did Sirius' chest get blown apart?
And the biggest question was…
"How? How is your chest healing so fast?!" Voldemort shouted in question and confusion, his voice borderline demonic. "None can survive the killing curse, even less those with a hole in their chest."
"Hahaha…" His mouth bloodied, and his clothes dirtied; Sirius laughed like a maniac while standing straight. The hole in his chest was still healing at a rapid pace, and his heart was visibly beating. "Shut your damn mouth, you ugly thing. That's what I will call you. 'Thing'; because with those looks, you’re clearly not human. What did you mutate yourself with? Snakes? Lizards? Cockroaches?"
"Aaaaa!" Voldemort lost his mind right there and swung his wand again. "A-VAH-dah ke-DAH-vra!"
Boom!
Once again, it struck Sirius' chest and blew it apart. But this time, Sirius only groaned while remaining standing. His chest bled profusely but started to get healed in no time. The crazed laugh from Sirius' mouth never stopped reverberating. It became hard to point out who the actual Dark Lord was.
"Hahaha… That's it? That's all you have, Thing?" Sirius mocked and walked forward. "Narcissa, let's go. Bella, you need not serve this filth. There’s no need to follow some dimwit, no-name Dark Lord. For all we know, Voldemort could be some filthy squib who experimented to gain power… just look at him. Does he look human? Noble? Handsome? And he wants to be the ruler of the wizarding world? I won't even let him lick my shoe, let alone be a ruler."
"Silence, you blood traitor!"
"And what are you? Specie-traitor? Who gave away his humanity for some cheap power? Grindelwald was a million times better than you. Evil, but at least he didn't lose his humanity," Sirius kept mocking him in the hopes of a slip of the tongue from Voldemort.
"Come to me—The Black Family does not kneel to some half-human ‘Thing.’ How is Voldemort any better than a Goblin or a Centaur? Just being able to speak doesn’t make one a superior being." The attacks were quite personal and jarring. He wanted Voldemort to shout his true name so his roots could be traced.
Why aren't you two coming with me? Sirius did feel desperate at the same time.
You don't need to be scared anymore. Narcissa, what are you waiting for?
But right then, he noticed the look on Narcissa's face. The look of acceptance, fear, sadness, and helplessness. He could see she was struggling in her thoughts. She was no longer just Narcissa Black, as the Malfoy name was also attached to her.
"I can protect you all." Sirius desperately voiced. "Dark Lord is nothin—"
"a-VAH-dah ke-DAH-vra!"
"Ugh!" Sirius coughed blood but didn’t fall to the ground. He defied the fundamental laws of magic right before them, instilling genuine fear into Voldemort's being. "Bella, you?"
Ah… That look. He noticed the doubts in Bella's eyes as well. Her crazed smile was no longer there despite the crazed looks. She appeared confused and, at the same time, conflicted. Her loyalty had already been earned by the Dark Lord, after all. But Sirius had also proven he could stand against the Dark Lord.
Am I too late? Sirius wondered.
"Do you think this will end well for you?" Voldemort stopped blasting his magic and took a more measured approach. "You are powerless before me. You will never be Lord Black after this. You are a traitor, and the entire pureblood community shall know from today."
Cough!
Immortality never came without a price. Sirius did feel weak from the loss of blood. But he couldn’t give up there.
"Haha, like I give a fuck," Sirius roared and raised his right hand and showcased a fine, bloody middle finger. "From now on, I will hunt you down like the pig for slaughter you are, Voldemort. Run wherever you can, hide wherever you will, but I will always be at your back. Remember this night. Remember what happened today. You can’t kill me, but I will definitely kill you!"
Pained, heartbroken, he stepped back to Regulus again. His gaze never left Narcissa and Bellatrix; it was the same for them.
Tears in Narcissa's eyes? You haven't given up then? He noticed the subtle emotions. Bella, I know there is some sanity there. I hope you don't forget me.
"REMEMBER!" Before he escaped with Regulus, he roared. "Doors to my house are always open for you two—Lord Black is immortal, eternal, and—victorious!"
"You will not escape!" Voldemort flew forward with his strange magic, his red demonic eyes flashing brightly. "Only death awai—"
"Hahaha." Sirius laughed maniacally. "Take us, Kreacher!"
Pop!
And just like that, the house elf appeared and disappeared with the two of them, only leaving an empty space for Voldemort to attack and roar in rage. The night hadn’t only gone wrong but also left him frightened for the first time.
At that moment, Dumbledore wasn’t Voldemort’s only greatest fear. A new name was now added to that list. An unlikely man with an unlikely ability. One who evaded death and laughed at its face.
"Haaaaaaa!" empty roars, that was all Voldemort could afford that evening.

Sirius and Regulus appeared back at 12 Grimmauld Place. It was as dark and depressing as ever, but that night, it felt haunting. Sirius felt weak, but he knew that time was of the essence. He had to take drastic steps to make sure he stayed as Lord Black.
"Regulus, no matter what. Do not come out of my room tonight," Sirius ordered his younger brother. "By the time the sun shines, everything will have changed."
"Where are you going?" Regulus questioned.
"To do what must be done." That was all he could tell him since elaborating would remind him of the sin he was about to commit.
Sirius locked Regulus in his room on the top floor and went out. His chest had healed by now, but the gaping hole in his shirt was still there. He looked like a demon with all the blood covering him.
"What happened to you, boy?"
"This brings me back."
He walked through the corridors while the various portraits tried to pass comments. But in the end, he stopped before one portrait and took it off the wall. He took it along and continued to make his way to the ground floor and then towards his parents’ room. He was light on his feet and kept his wand at the ready.
It was all dark. The sound of snoring was audible in the bedroom. The large bed with its net curtains rested in the center edge of the big room. Orion Black and Walburga Black slept calmly.
By tomorrow morning, the entire pureblood community will know I opposed Voldemort. I cannot, must not lose my lordship over the Black family.
He muttered to himself, seemingly trying to convince himself that what he was about to do was the right course of action. Accepting that what had started as his personal fight to stay alive and prove the oracle wrong had turned into this, something so much more.
"Sirius?!"
Orion Black woke up to a haunting feeling. He felt suffocated for no reason, but when he opened his eyes and raised his head, he saw it, almost giving him a heart attack. At the foot of the bed stood Sirius, unmoving. The light was faint in the room, but Orion noticed some dark stains on his face.
Woosh!
Sirius flicked his wand, and two wands came from under the pillows and into his hands. Then, he raised the portrait towards his parents and let it do the talking.
"Shame of the House Black. The two of you have ruined this family!" The man in the portrait roared with anger. "I, Phineas Nigellus Black, became the Headmaster of Hogwarts to earn our family some name, fame, and respect. So we can be stronger and hold more sway over Wizarding Britain. Yet, here you two lay with no care after ruining my legacy. Thrown to the feet of some upstart Dark Lord you don't even know."
"Sirius, what is this?" Orion Black couldn't stop staring at Sirius' bloodied form. Somewhere deep down, he knew what might be coming. "What happened?"
"Hmm?" Walburga woke up as well and sat up on the bed. "Sirus? Have you finally gone senile? What are you doing in my room? Have you forgotten all the manners you’ve been taught? Is this the best you can—"
Sirius sighed and looked at his father with pity. "She can't read the room, can she?"
"Silence, Walburga!" Orion boomed in anger at his wife. "Sirius, tell me what happened. Whatever it is, we can find a solution."
"It's too late. I gave you time, and you failed me."
"Failed this family." Phineas Black added.
"Failed what?" Orion almost pleaded for an answer.
Sirius raised his wand towards them. With a small wave, two vials appeared on the couple's bedside tables. "I saw Voldemort just a while back. He keeps Bellatrix like his dog, while Narcissa and Lucius are his personal butlers. He was about to place the Dark Mark on Regulus to use him as his servant—and wanted me to join."
"D-Did you refuse the Dark Lord?" Walburga gasped. "How dare you!"
"Drink the poison," Sirius had doubts, but Walburga instantly cleared them with her words. "The ancient Black family, so powerful throughout ages. And you two wanted to turn us into the Dark Lord's stooges. I opposed that ugly bastard and lived. But you won't—drink it!"
Orion Black looked at the poison vial on the bedside table. "If you kill us, you'd be seen as something worse than the Dark Lord! A madman who killed his own blood!"
Sirius scoffed, "Think about it like this, 'Black Patriarch and his wife committed suicide! Is Sirius Black's rebellion against the Dark Lord the reason!' This will be the Daily Prophet's front page headline tomorrow morning."
"Haha, that's my boy!" Phineas Black laughed and praised Sirius. "No doubt, you will take Black Family to the next phase."
"Drink the poison," Sirius insisted again and pointed his wand at them. "I know what I’m doing will haunt me for the rest of my life. But I'd rather kill you than allow Voldemort to use the Black Family for his treasonous activities."
Walburga looked like she wanted to lunge at him and scream, but the tip of Sirius' wand, pointed at her, kept her calm. "Dear, why stoop so low? Let us talk and—"
"Drink it," Sirius repeated, his face now devoid of any emotions. "A mother who sells her children to a deranged dark lord is no mother. If you can't, I will help you."
"Petrificus Totalus!" Sirius used a full body-bind curse on both of them and walked to the side of Orion's bed. Without using his hands, he used levitation to pour the poison into the mouth. "Rest in peace."
Then, he walked to Walburga's side and did the same. "Know this. For all the bad that has happened to the Black Family, you were responsible for most of it.”
Tears slid from the corner of her eyes. Her hideous face earned no pity from Sirius. There was a tinge of something that he felt, and he knew no matter what, killing one's own parents was going to be a burden on his heart forever. But he was willing to bear it.
Akh!
Akh!
The couple gaged for breath as the poison worked silently in their body. Their bodies were still frozen by magic, and they couldn’t even scream or move. Tears fell from the corners of their eyes and stained the pillow wet. Sirius shed a few, too, but none in pity or hatred.
He didn’t leave and watched it until the end. He had to, as it marked the end of an era for him—the beginning of his rule as Lord Black.
"Never forget their pale faces, Sirius Black," Phineas voiced solemnly. "You will become them if you allow incompetence and madness to consume you. Be well. I shall inform Dumbledore of what happened. Hold on to your tears. You will need them later on."
Sirius sighed and got rid of the poison vials. The freezing charm had already dissipated from their bodies as they had died, so he didn’t care anymore. There were no signs of struggle either, and Aurors or any investigation was going to be stopped by Dumbledore.
How did that righteous old man allow me to do this? For the greater good?
Wearily, he rubbed his face and returned to his room upstairs. After that, he sent out the message—Lord Orion Black and Walburga Black had passed away.
"Kreacher!" He called the elf. "Prepare modest snacks. We shall have a few guests soon to pay respects to mother and father."
"Last respe—" Kreacher stopped speaking midway as he realized the meaning. Without replying, he vanished again to see what happened.
Just a little more acting.
Sirius told himself tiredly.

Rita Skeeter was subdued and nurtured for days like these. As per Sirius' orders, she wrote the article about the death of the Black couple. Most believed it, but some who got the word from the Dark Lord knew the reality. Still, a few came to shed tears for the death, but only one Black sister came.
The day proceeded like any funeral. The bodies were lowered in the grave with a few fake tears from Sirius and Regulus. Some came to him to give their condolences, while others silently rejoiced.
Not long after, 12 Grimmauld Place returned to utter silence, now only Sirius and Regulus left behind as the other few remaining old Black family members lived elsewhere.
"Sirius, look at you. Why is there blood on your clothes?"
He was sitting in his room when the gentle, caring voice shook him awake. He looked up and almost took out his wand. But then he realized it was Andromeda, his favorite cousin with whom he had shared a great many sweet memories of his young life.
She shared an uncanny resemblance to Bellatrix but with a few great differences. Bellatrix was dark-haired with malicious-looking eyes, Andromeda had light brown hair, and her eyes were wider and kinder.
"I killed them," he confessed to the only person in the family he could consider an adult and trust.
Andromeda sighed, her breath a fleeting sound of emotions as she walked closer to his chair by the table. She placed her hand on his shoulder while standing at his side and gently pulled him. She embraced his head against her midriff, caressing his hair.
"I didn't hear what you said. I don't care how they died. You’re alright; That's all I care about." Her voice had a different care and love that Sirius had found lacking in his family all these years. That warmth was more than just physical.
Sirius breathed heavily and hugged his arms around her thin waist, wrapped under a simple, brown dress that went up to her ankles. Andromeda wasn't rich or poor ever since she married and was removed from the family. Yet, her kind nature never changed. He cherished it and embraced her tightly, pressing his head on her belly.
"I hope the madness ends here. Hogwarts is almost over, and I want Regulus to spend his next few years in peace. I want you to be safe… For Narcissa and Bella to return where they belong," Sirius voiced his hopes and dreams. But he knew they couldn’t be fulfilled so easily.
Andromeda gently continued to caress his scalp with her thin fingers. "Sirius, come and live at my place with Regulus for a few days. I don't feel at ease if you two stay here alone. And look at you—dirty and smelly. I won't let you see Dora like this."
Trying to cheer me up? He noticed and stood up, still embracing her. Walburga, that hateful witch. How could she throw away someone as kind as Andromeda?
His arms dug tighter around her waist as he pulled her in for a tight hug. "I’ll go and check up on Regulus. I might actually take you up on that offer, Andromeda. I don't feel like being in this house right now."
She smiled and pecked on his cheek, "I’ll wait for you two downstairs then."
With that, Sirius felt the warmth of her caring embrace leaving him. He couldn't understand it but felt like he had lost something great in that instant.
Sirius sighed and got up to pack his luggage. He planned to return to Hogwarts from Andromeda's place, so he packed everything. Then, he went to Regulus' room and did the same.
Regulus was doing somewhat better. Clearly, there wasn’t much love in the family for the dead.
"Let's go. We're going to live with Andromeda and Ted for a few days. You can play with Nymphadora there," Sirius flicked his wand and helped Regulus pack all the school supplies. "If you have anything to ask, you can ask me now."
"Brother…" Regulus got up from his study table, walked over to him, and brotherly hugged him. "Let's never talk about this day ever again."
This kid. When did he emotionally grow up so much?
"Alright, alright… Let's leave now." Sirius felt a little embarrassed since he couldn't even remember the last time he hugged his brother. "Lock up the house."
"Got it."
With that, he also ordered Kreacher to clean the house and repaint it in off-white. Then, he went to stand at the large fireplace with the others.
I hope this will be the start of something good.

A modest twin-storey house in a secluded place outside London was where Andromeda lived with her little family. It wasn't lavish nor too frugal. No matter what, it had a vastly more homely aura than the massive 12 Grimmauld Place.
But Sirius didn't stay at the house after dropping the luggage and left for Gringotts immediately. As the new Lord Black, he had access and control over all the vaults. The first thing he did was restrict Bellatrix's vault, which was with the Black Family. However, he didn't do the same for Narcissa since he believed she wouldn't give her wealth to Voldemort. Though he did put it under surveillance.
It was a long day of events. By the time he returned to Tonks’ house, it was midnight. Everyone had gone to sleep, and there were no house elves. So he went to the room given to him on the first floor and shut himself in.
Right away, he sat down at the small study table and began creating something: a mix of potions, chemicals, and magical incantations.
I will need many more hearts to survive this war. This is fucking personal now!
Legend of the Immortal Heart had become a reality. Was it an answer to the nightmares of the Oracle? That was left to be seen.
Immortality alone won't take me far. I must train and grow stronger, better, and deadlier. Every pureblood family must fear me before pledging loyalty to Voldemort.
Unwavering anger, unbreakable will. He didn’t sleep the entire night. His body moved as if he were a machine. The images flashed in his head: death, loss, and hope for tomorrow.
Red-eyed, his body still reeking of blood. He didn’t stop; he couldn’t stop.
I hate feeling helpless.
He didn't want to feel that anymore. No matter what.

Knock! Knock!
Disgruntled, Sirius had no idea when he fell asleep due to exhaustion. Only when the loud knocks came from the door did his eyes slowly open. The bright light blinded him for a few seconds as the window curtains were open.
"Sirius, are you alright?" Andromeda's worried voice came from the door.
"Yeah… I'm fine." Sirius groaned and got off the floor before frantically putting away everything he was working on all night. "Coming."
A few minutes later, he unlocked the door and looked. Andromeda stood there in a long-sleeved, knee-length, white dress with a brown apron at the front. Her light brown hair was tied behind her head in a loose bun, with a few locks of hair falling from the side, some tucked behind her ear.
A kind smile as bright as the sunlight greeted Sirius. He almost took a step back, "You look… interesting."
"It's already noon, so lunch is ready." Andromeda walked into the room and looked around to see if Sirius had any wild outbursts. But thankfully, there were none. "But I suppose you need a bath first. Just look at you."
Sirius sighed. He knew he looked like a mess. "I need to revisit the Gringotts first. I can't trust those goblins to do the right thing."
Andromeda shook her head and grabbed Sirius' arm. Her caring nature didn’t allow her to let Sirius be. "No ifs and buts. Regulus is playing with Dora in the backyard. You better clean yourself if you want to meet her."
"Ugh," Sirius just groaned, allowing her to pull him along to the largest bathroom on the first floor.
"What's this?" Just as she pushed him into the bathroom, she touched and rubbed his hair, which had grown longer and dirty. "You need a haircut. Stay here, I will bring a stool and tools."
She's just like before. Sirius couldn't help but love this affection. I missed her so much. But why didn't I ever visit her?
Clack!
"Here we go." She returned in no time and placed a high stool in front of the mirror and the sink. Then she folded her sleeves and began working around diligently, clipping his long hair enthusiastically before cutting.
As she worked, he found his face too close to her chest. And when he looked up at her charming face, he noticed the allure he had forgotten—her breath-taking kind face, big eyes, delectable rosy lips, and the little hums she made. The scent of her body was too noticeable—flowery and exciting. It made him want to do reckless things.
It finally made sense why he never visited her in the past few years.
This is why.
Andromeda was the only kind person he had known for most of his young life before Hogwarts. She was older, caring, loving, and beautiful. Being a man, a growing one at that, he now knew what all those emotions were about years ago. Why his heart used to beat so heavily—like right now?
He stared at her face the entire time she worked on his hair with confident eyes. He didn't even realize when a smile found its way to his own lips.
"Heh, what are you looking at?" She noticed his gaze and giggled while moving her hands.
Sirius took a deep breath and wrapped his arms around her lower waist without warning. He was gentle and yet demanding, as his vulnerable hold tightly pulled her a step closer between his parted knees. His palms rested behind her, almost at the start of her supple rear.
The sensation of her thin, white cotton dress against his skin felt too charming. He could sense her warm skin. She had the frame of a mature woman, perfectly in figure and with a full body. Her waist was curving, womanly bust taut, and her hips wide and silky soft.
Andromeda's heart began to thump, and Sirius felt it as much as she did. But she didn't voice any resistance, "How is Hogwarts? Ready for your N.E.W.Ts?"

It was just a little bit of movement from his fingers pressing harder and digging into her feathery soft skin. It felt so hot that Sirius could swear he already felt an ache in his loins.
She chuckled surprisingly, though there was an exhaling breath hidden with it. "So you don't have any plans after Hogwarts? How about starting some business? Ted tried it once… But I know you’ll succeed."
"How are things with you and Ted?" he asked suddenly, changing the topic altogether. Right about then, his hands became a bit more feverish, and passion oozed from his needy grapples of her cheeks.
Andromeda sighed as the sound of scissors cutting his hair continued, "We're normal, just an ordinary couple."
"Is that why there was that long tool in my room?" Sirius caught her off guard. "You came to my room to hide it, didn't you?"
Andromeda's face turned rosy and flushed. "I… I have needs. Things have been alright, just not as spicy as they were before… Dora."
"Hmm…" Sirius saw that as permission and delved deeper with his palms, sliding them inward and down. His five fingers remained fully extended in hunger to hold more of her; her dress was also creased and folded with his motions, and soon, the tips of his fingers rested in the cleft of her rear. He pulled her flesh apart, teasing her hidden core, letting the air in the room send shivers down her body—Her quivering legs gave it away.

"Come on, like old times," Sirius said and suddenly stood up, releasing his hold on her. In no time, he unbuttoned his dirty, bloodied white shirt and threw it away, brazenly displaying his toned, muscular, lean body with tattoos covering some parts. "That cockroach's killing curse stung a lot that time."
"What?!" Andromeda gasped in shock, finally taking her eyes off of his abs and to his face. "Killing curse!?"
He chuckled, tapping his finger on her nose, "Focus, Dromeda."
Embarrassed and blushing, she looked so cute to Sirius that he couldn't help teasing a little. He had noticed her eyes checking his body, and he couldn't wait to do the same. Her mature figure made him feel warm and more intimate for some reason, a desire to be slow and gentle.
He caught her wrist and pulled her to the bathtub.
He stepped in first and helped her before she could say anything. Then, without a warning, he turned on the shower at full capacity.
