The Tesla Watch App may disappear when you reboot or sync your devices. As this problem persists, I want to share a solution I found that may help. Using Filza, navigate to 'TeslaV4Watch.app/com.apple.WatchPlaceholder/TeslaV4Watch.app/Info.plist'. Modify the 'MinimumOSVersion' to '9.0' or lower. To apply this change, open TrollStore, go to Settings, and select "Rebuild Icon Cache". You should now see the "Install" option on Watch App. Please note that this fix may need to be repeated each time you update the Tesla App.

I have Tesla App installed and cannot see the install button on Watch App, so i need App Store on Watch and download it manually, the strange things is that on iPhone the Tesla App is redownloaded when Apple Watch start downloading even it result correctly installed, also tried Uninstalling the on iPhone and Watch and start downloading from Watch the results remaining same

The watch doesn’t consult the phone when installing apps - if you can’t install it directly from the Watch either, there is something else wrong. However, in testing I wasn’t able to reproduce it

Is it possible to have a fix for Tesla App and Apple Watch pairing problems (i think some point don't let pass the version check on ios, forced installed on AW but still not possible to proceed thanks.)

If that’s the case, Apple must have made a change in watchOS 11 that Maps in iOS 15 can’t understand, and that also differs from the current Maps fix in Legizmo. Were you just trying to pull up a route from Maps on the Watch directly and that’s where it failed?

Please do! this is my favourite feature, it was working fine with iOS 15.0> watchOS 10.x.x> Legizmo “Moonlight” TrollStore tipa version for Apple Watch series 7 models..

This is caused by Apple changing the communication protocols between releases and not Legizmo doing something ‘wrong’ - I can only update Legizmo when I become aware that those changes have occurred

Since we’re all already paid / subscribed to Moonstone tier, you can just install the rootless / rootful deb directly under its topic or from your Patreon mail directly.

Update: I’ve tried the rootful deb version, installed with Filza with dopamine iOS 15.0 for watchOS 11.. there’s a toggle to fix the maps and it still doesn’t work. I get “no directions” plus Apple Watch doesn’t make any noise or chimes while active!

I’m on iOS 16.5 with Dopamine rootless jailbreak, would you recommend me to use the jailbreak tweak or keep using the TrollStore version one?

Are we safe to update to latest watchOS (11.2) with this latest build?

I remember it was fixed for iOS 15.0 TrollStore for watchOS 10 for later on, I’ll try the jailbroken version of Legizmo to see if I get better functionality

Is this iOS 15? There was a fix for this included with Legizmo, but it requires either a rootful or rootless jailbreak to function unfortunately. TrollStore is not capable of enabling such fixes
