Dermatologist or gynecologist would fit best with Ton's statement of being accustomed with seeing women naked, IMHO. I would differentiate: Oat has more obvious gay energy, but Jan uses her gay energy more nuanced (and sometimes even subconciously). My guess would be that Ai got her gay energy from books - the logical, but also boring choice. Episode 7 had many highs, but it ended on a low note - something which the odd-numbered episodes - 9 and 11 - will repeat. Ai is tired of playing Oom and especially since we know that May knows, I am also getting tired of this bad charade. But a#s you mentioned, May had valid fears which made her cancel her plans to reveal she knows it's Ai-oon, whereas Ai missed her best chance to come clean early on in episode 2 or 3.
