Having three tiers is a good, easy-to-understand way to go about things! It's like drink sizes; small, medium, and large! You could offer something regarding your staff at the medium or large mark, either is fine. As long as you don't add anything that's gonna give you a lot of extra work to do, then you're golden, really.
