For your plywood and timber, have you tried contacting a large lorry haulage company? They tend to use them for transport and you can ask if they have anything in their skips? They go through them like printing paper, and I know it isn’t ideal but for free standing structures like sheds, wooden pallets are the way to go, you could get literal hundreds of wooden pallets from lorry companies that don’t want them anymore.
