Her actions seem normal for an adult.

She doesn’t feel like 18 years old, maybe 14-15? The separation between “adults” and “teens” are a bit too absolute. She should be “young adults” and should be able to control her action better? It’s better if Author aimed for character development though. Still could use a bit more thought in her action, but would be satisfactory if her decision-making are mature more quickly.
