All share the same textures so be sure to use Loading Screen mod to save your RAM. Use Building Themes mod to create your own district. Download rar file, unrar and you will find 16 files in there. Copy all files to C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets. All assets are without trees, so decorate them as you like in the asset editor.

Very excited to use these. Thank you. I found a website that converts .RAR to .ZIP files for free. I still don't know why my computer recognizes the files as music, but at least I can easily fix it now.
