January's pattern reward: floppy dragon
🕑 Added 2023-12-15 19:40:13 +0000 UTC2024 is year of the dragon, so here's a floppy lad ready to welcome the new year! ๐ the pattern for this fella will be january's pattern reward for those in the $5 tips & tutorial tier (to be renamed the pattern tier on jan 1) or the $10 tier! it also will come with embroidery files that fit a 4"x4" hoop.
this big boy is around 28" from toe to tail tip and is wonderfully floppy, as you can see! he's a complicated fellow, so he's a harder difficulty than some of my previous releases!
i still have some tweaks i want to make to the pattern before its release on january 31, but here's a completed baby for you to get the idea ๐

ohh i love the monarch inspiration on honeydew! this pattern will work well in normal minky too! its modded from a pattern that i made minky plushies with! i'll be making an example from 3mm minky so everyone can see what it looks like!

holy shit he's beautiful. I love dragons so much!! I have a few dragon characters based off of the book series Wings of Fire and I've always wanted to make my girl Honeydew into a plush, but other patterns just didn't look cuddly enough.
