Glad you enjoyed this! I agree that there can be too much pressure to make it all connected. If the project is really great, I'm cool with it being it's own thing.

I don’t remember how this season went/ended and I haven’t seen the third (if there is one) but I actually want it be a regular unconnected anthology like in the comics. I think there is too much pressure to connect everything which can SOMETIMES affect the writing. Episode 3 Darcy may have been referring to Nick Fury when she said to call the “scary eyepatch guy.” Yes I agree with Hammer’s Hero/Villain PR comment. It is sort of like “one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter.” Great reactions, JAX!
