I am working on the game. Everything is pretty fine. But the "pretty" here carries a lot of weight. Too much stuff is going in my life, too much stuff is going in the world around me. When all the factors add up, it makes it hard for me to work. And when it's hard to work and there are no ideas, it just becomes another factor that corners you even more. The vicious circle, another one.
I've spent the last few days far from home, taking a vacation to get myself in order, because without it I felt like I'd never get things done. And it helped. I feel better now, the piece above was a quickie already after my return, today. And I feel like I can give you a lot more.
So, overall, I have a lot of stuff to do before releasing the update. "A lot" means that I'm not gonna make it until the next month, so I hope for your understanding. I won't say that it's some massive update, but rather it was just a hard time. It has a lot of main pictures, misc pictures, just because I want to make a memorable experience.
Speaking of experience, I also realized that I messed up with number of girls. Some deep analysis is coming.
You see, they all serve a certain role in the plot. But I just don't have resources to give all of them scenes. Ignetta and Bonetta are designed to be mercenaries that can help you deal with a certain bosses if you can't beat them yourself, like summons in Dark Souls. But their scene is not important for the plot, the only value of it is that it's a threesome and that's it. Sinny is designed to give you contracts and side quests to earn money, as well as participation in Patricia's questline. But giving her an exhibitionist personality I only started something I won't be able to finish. Not speaking of Elizabeth(prison warden), nymph, etc.
M, Emma and Patricia are the prototypes of the 3 main girls, Anna, Lia and Alice. They are different, sometimes very different, but they do serve a role, the role of a demo versions until I can't start the main relationship arcs. Sarnara is important because of her nature and knowledge she gave you. Ara is... well, it was a fan service just for sex with a monstergirl, but I do love her now and I was needed a clothing sewer for the castle, so she's on board now and it's fine. I want to finish the first act of the game, I got stuck in an unending cycle of adding unnecessary woman just to please someone, so I'm glad I can look upon the game with refreshed eyes and stop this. The plans are: Sarnara-Emma-Patricia(questline expansion), any other girl is delayed until the end of the first act and their existing content will be removed to prevent unnecessary teasing. I will just focus on progress the plot further and finally end all of these arcs.
Overall, it's fine. The crisis is over, I'm full of ideas, and I will make a warm, memorable experience for all of you. I messed a lot of things, but I'm still on my way to make a unique game. I hope you are all doing fine and the world will not burn at least in a few months. Thanks for believing in me.
