Karen is being tracked by Fisk and Dex. Meanwhile, Matt gets his chance to get rid of Fisk once and for all.
Tracked by Fisk and plagued by mistakes from her past, Karen finds refuge at the church. Matt finally gets his chance and Dex moves in for the kill.

This is the episode that internally made me cry. Father Lantom was one of the best characters of this show, and he was a guiding light for Matt growing up. Next week, Jax, you should just finish up the series with the last three episodes instead of two.
