New City of Arches Updates!

The City of Arches sourcebook has been updated with some awesome new stuff including:
- The Library of Vassa location on page 9
- Museum of Worlds Beyond location on page 10
- Old Kardash location on page 11 (a fun haunted house!)
- The Exiled Mage of Kartan stat block on page 23
- The Tomb Wight stat block on page 24
- The Lich of the Nameless King stat block on page 25
The stat blocks are great drop-in replacements for the mage, wight, and lich 5e stat blocks for any of your games along with the cult fanatic stat block on page 22. They're some of my favorite monsters so I was excited to update them.
