🕑 Added 2021-07-14 19:00:38 +0000 UTC"Almost there" is no more, and "there" finally here! Now we can finally share what will happen with the game (well, barring a secret or two: gotta keep the suspense!).
Since the release of concept trailers, we spent a lot of time "talking" to investors of all different kinds and stripes. We had good offers, bad ones, and just horrible ones as well. But the important thing was that the level of interest was through the roof: we had the privilege of choosing our investor(s) among the many who were interested in our work.
After a few months of deliberation and negotiation, we decided to go with a great partner who we have the utmost faith in, not only financially but also as a game industry expert. What followed were few months of paperwork (always a hassle) and on July 13 we signed the contract! For now, we won't name names, but as soon as we can share - you will be the first to know.
I guess wishes do come true: we are working full time on our dream project. Oleg, Vadim and Alexey are in the ''office'' working together as we all dreamed about. As for me, I'll be forever alone in Canada doing skype calls with the team every day.

That's good to know! I'm proud to be able to help in a little way! Truth be told, I initially backed this because I wanted the talent behind the things I saw on display to have the ability to go on to bigger things, REGARDLESS of the form. But I'm excited that that form will be something that I will be able to interact with in the form of a game. Btw, I've been spreading the word and just happened to exchange messages with the composer of the music used in the "germ" video on YouTube He said he LOVED Oleg and had been following the work/progress. He goes by "m⌒g | marc g" on SoundCloud (fyi: the name of the track used in "germ" is titled "The Mongrel", just in case anyone here was interested in hearing the full track, which is awesome, btw) and he was really psyched about it. If I recall correctly, he said he was going to contact you guys. Just thought I'd mention it in case it got lost in all of the excitement! 😎 Take care, sir! 🤘
Thank you, Bryan, yes, it will stay around. 1. Helps us to have an extra budget to fund bonus things for the game (soon we will update about one of these things). 2. The game is only partially funded, so the more personal money we have the less we have to be dependant on other partners
