Excel LADZ
No worries, lad! Unfortunately, a results feature is not supported by the ClubELO API (which the spreadsheet connects to). The website states the only features available to connect to are โOne dayโs rankingโ, โone clubโs rating historyโ and โupcoming gamesโ - which is what the file uses right now. Hereโs the link to the websiteโs API information: http://clubelo.com/API Sorry if thatโs not helpful lad, it would be a good idea for them to create a results feed ๐

Hi, thanks for the reply. I wanted to ask you if it is possible to modify the query so that at the end of the day you can download the final results of the games played that day? Thanks for everything you are doing!

No worries, lad ๐ฅ Thanks for sending that link. I had a look in the "Analysis" section. It seems like they've got a custom formula to come up with their own ELO Ratings for each team. Usually ELO Ratings are between 1,000 and 1,800. This website has scaled their ratings according to their own formula. Unfortunately, there's no exact way of knowing how these's ratings came about. However, these ELO Ratings produce an "Expected Goals" figure for the match. The website then uses the Poisson Distribution to find the Win Probability for each team, based off the "Expected Goals". For example, Sรฃo Paulo vs Vasco da Gama have expected goals 1.42 & 1.08 respectively. Using the Poisson Distribution, Sรฃo Paulo has an approximately 44.9% of winning, with Vasco da Gama having a 28.5% chance. A draw is expected to occur 26.5% of the time. I've used this method to come up with percentages for markets a few times, especially in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vg5BxFCdYnE Hopefully that helps, lad ๐ฅ

Thanks for the reply, is it possible to make an excel file with the data from https://it.besoccer.com/risultati/ which has all the matches in the ANALYSIS section calculated with the Elo ranking?

Hi, mate! Apologies for the late response. The model pulls in everything listed on the ClubELO Website. So, if anything isn't listed there, it won't be brought into the model ๐ข I hope this helps, lad. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to message me personally through Patreon ๐

Thanks for everything you do. Can I ask you why so many matches are missing from the daily schedule, for example South America?
