As with any light novel series, things get cut whenever they get adapted into different mediums manga/manhwa/anime. The internal thoughts and such are not always captured in the manhwa for any light novel series, so I decided to read the novel first, I would say the novel for TBATE is darker. You can see what the thoughts are, but the manhwa is pretty good, so it comes down to this, if you like dark stories and stuff like that I think you should check out the novel, if not then staying with the manhwa is fine. Both are good

yeah the anime teaser bothered me quite a lot, that's why I would wait on it and see what the reviews say about it, but yeah the visuals in the manhwa are beautiful, I read the novel before the manhwa just because that's how the series started like solo leveling, then I moved on to the manhwa, I do hope that anime looks better than it did in the trailer, because TBATE is one of my favorite novel series to read

I just read TBATE manhwa, it’s peak and almost like an alternative version of Mushoku cuz it feels like they took so many aspects from it and tweaked it for a more PC audience, nonetheless the visual storytelling in the manhwa is epic, but after seeing the anime teaser I’m not confident the anime will do the manhwa justice.

Also michael this is for the future, there is this novel series called "The Beginning After the End", I have read both the novel and the manhwa, I believe it's getting an anime starting from April, but I would wait a bit to see what the reviews about the anime say and then I would watch it, if I were you, but yeah I think it's one that you will enjoy so I strongly recommend it for the future

Yeah Michael Mushoku is definitely one you should check out, one of the best isekai out there, a bit controversial at times but that’s what’s great about it, you’ll definitely have fun watching it, along with Apothecary Diaries, those 2 are some of my favorite animes, Also merry Christmas from California
