the milk sibling is not the same as actual siblings, some cultures still have it to this day, Milk siblings are babies ( not blood related) that have been breastfed by the same woman, long ago women would hire someone to breastfeed their children because of certain circumstances ( nothing bad), so for example Wignall and Ellenor being milk siblings means that they have been breastfed by the same women, sometimes the mother of child will also breastfeed another child (that's not hers) along with her own to that still applies, it is completely permissible in Islam and the milk siblings are not related whatsoever so it is morally ok for them to be in love, it's not like sweet home alabama
