I don't think Ayanokoji cares about Ichinose at all. He seems to be acting friendly just to use her. I think the reason he went to her house everyday was for Ichinose to start catching feelings for him. Just imagine having control on Ichinose, is basically having control of all of class B. bro planned all this lol, I could be wrong though
