Fun fact: The opening "Specialz" was written from the viewpoint of a cursed spirit. We know that a cursed spirit would find all this death and chaos pleasurable. So Yuji breaking down and crying while they put the opening song is an allegory for Sukuna to mock him and taunt him while he's literally at the lowest point of his life right now

I feel like this episode really brings up the question who is stronger between Sukuna or Gojo. Sukuna defeated Mahoraga and is still not at full power. And Gojo in this ep pretty much told Megumi that Mahoraga had defeated someone with Gojos techniques before.

So with Gojo and Sukuna hyping up Megumi since season 1 he has to be one of the best end of series. Makes me wonder how Nobura and Itadori will keep up, when Megumi learns to control Mahoraga+Domain.

Fantastic as always, sir! It wasn't super clear, but because Sukuna and Haruta were present/interfered with the summoning and subjugation ritual, Megumi unfortunately does not have control over that shikigami. He does need to defeat it by himself (somehow lmao). Shout out to the JJK Team of animators, once again they have created a masterpiece despite their obstacles.
